“What can I say - beautiful!!!! I make a huge tangine - with 2 kilos; the meat is so soft and flavoursome and the juice cooks out into the sauce beautifully. A bit of tagine spice, apricots, garlic and ginger and a 3 hr slow cook and we have meals for the week. We have it with either rice; couscous or on a jacket potato!”
