“When I opened the box I was disappointed at first, as I thought I’d ordered the Turkey thigh mince, which is often more flavourful, but I’d ordered the breast mince in error. That was until I cooked it, and I can honestly say it’s best Turkey breast mince I’ve ever cooked with and it was still full of flavour, unlike the bland stuff you get in a supermarket. It makes such a great alternative to beef mince, and honestly I often prefer it.”
