“Again I really enjoyed the chicken bone broth and it saves me having to make it myself which is a big help. I use it in soups mainly and sometimes in chicken casserole, I love the fact that it's doing me good! As I've mentioned before to you I do have concern because it never arrives fully frozen even though now I know you've got a new system with this gel stuff in your stuffing stuff and I'm sure you've tried really hard but it still arrived to me this last time not completely frozen which worries me a bit but as with the chicken and veg pie I just put it straight in the freezer and use it over a period of a couple of months or so I think and I just hope for the best that it's not going to harm in any way and it doesn't seem to so I guess that's okay.”
