Thank you for taking the time to write a review! Flat backs are definitely not the easiest, at first, and take some practice.
Have you watched our videos to help with the process? You can scan the QR code on the card that came with your order or reach out to our customer service team at hello@cordsclub.com (or chat us on our website via the little pink and white icon in the bottom corner).
Also, are you using the applicator on 18 gauge flat, push pin style flat backs? This is the kind that we sell, but the applicator is also compatible with other brands that are the same style and gauge. If you are attempting to use it with 20 gauge and maybe even 16 gauge, it won't work. Or, if you are trying to use this with screw back flat backs, it will definitely not work.
