Thanks for sharing about your experience! I completely understand why it would be frustrating to discover that your new earrings don't fit the way that you'd expected. I'm sorry that your Heart flat back didn't work out for you like you'd hoped!
We do specify that each of our flat backs come with a is 6mm (~1/4") long post (we work to include all of the possible details about our pieces so that you'll have all the info you might need to make an informed choice as you shop). We also have 8mm posts available, if you'd like to check them out! Each piercing is so different, and those extra 2mm might be the perfect length for your piercing. In the near future, we plan to offer an even wider range of post lengths, so keep an eye out for that announcement!
