As you've encountered, flat backs come with a learning curve. To help with this, we do our best to share the tools that you'll need to enjoy them. This includes printed step-by-step instructions in each flat back order, personal troubleshooting via our customer service team, and tips on our social media. I'm so sorry that these efforts to help you enjoy your flat backs fell short and that you have experienced this frustration.
