“The mechanics and quality of the hoops at this price point are really good, no complaints there. However, a sizing guide would be helpful. I figured a 6mm would give me a snug fit to put these hoops in my upper ear cartilage. However, I'm unable to get them all the way in so they can't close. Luckily, customer service has already helped me with the exchange process and I'm going to size up to 10mm.”
