“I had been waiting so long for these to restock & when they did I jumped at purchasing them. Unfortunately, one broke 4 days later. I was sitting with my kids & I heard a snap, then my earring just fell! I put it back in & it kept snapping. I emailed the support team & they worked with me. Because it's sold out again I wasn't able to fix the issue but they refunded me. I'm only wearing one & on the otherside their cute ribbon bow stud for now.”
