“I ordered this necklace way back when this company was still Indie Cords Club. I have worn it nearly every single day since October 2022 till now, March 2024. I LOVE IT SO MUCH!! I wear it ALL THE TIME, in the shower, at the beach, in the ocean, to sleep, literally everywhere. It looks the same as it did the first day I wore it. There is no tarnishing whatsoever. The engraving is not worn, it is still visible from farish distances. I have sensitive skin and my neck has not turned green once. I have long curly hair so I am constantly doing something with my hair and grabbing the necklace with the brush. Not once has it popped or broken. I used to wear a 24k gold chain with it as well, the first time I snagged it with a comb it popped. The length is perfect for an everyday style. I get compliments on it all the time. I tell them, "Thanks! It's from Cords Club!!" gotta give y'all the hype you deserve!! The chain is light and I forget I am wearing it most of the time. It is very easy to clasp by yourself as well, which is important to me
The only issue I have with the necklace is because the chain is so light, the clasp tends to move to the front. I fidget with my necklace anyway so it's not a huge deal. But It does have to be moved back once an hour. Sometimes I forget about it so I call it a fashion statement
Moral of the story: this necklace (and probably anything else from this shop) is so worth it! I know 25 dollars can be a little step for some people. I am a college girly, I get it. But trust, this is worth the price. It is a relief to have a trusty gold necklace to wear with everything. If you are looking for an everyday necklace or even just something to wear occasionally, I would HIGHLY recommend anything from this shop. If the price is an issue, skip a few coffees or cook-out runs. Invest in a piece that will last, instead of a cheap piece that will last you two weeks, maybe a bit longer if you clear nail polish it. I promise you want to take the little plunge to get a better piece, you WILL NOT regret it.
