“MY experience was very frustrating. It took nearly 10 days of emails to get answers that could have been handled in one email. That's not the worst part though and I got over that rpetty quickly. The boards arrived with absolutly NO PADDING in the shipping box, so one of the corners was dinged up right away. Honestly I'm not sure how it wasn't worse. Also, the bags are bad quality compared to a few other people that also got custom bags from another company. Not only are they not filled properly, but they are already falling apart at the seams after maybe 10 games. I plan on writing to corporate about this too. For $350 this is very disappointing.”
