“This shampoo has a main ingredient of aloe vera (so no need for the harsh chemical preservatives). It is mild and gentle, doesn't strip the hair or dry the scalp, yet, has a decent lather. It is not heavy so i would agree it is good for people who have fine hair or want volume. Doesn't strip hair color away either.”
