“I ordered this product over a month ago and did not receive my package after having to email twice and not get a reply in over a week from the first time I emailed. I was FINALLY informed that the product was out of stock and that after a month they had not even bothered to email me telling me that my order would take any longer than expected or even offer to send out a different colour any faster. They were not at all helpful and did not want to make my experience any better. I would NEVER recommend vanity planet.”
