“The brushes are really nice, the cleanser is good, but the product didn’t work for me. I broke out in pimples all under my jawline on both sides of my face. And every time I used the brushes I got a new pimple. I can’t use it....”

Some breaking out when first using the unit is actually normal as the skin is purging all the trapped dirt and oils that washing with hands previously could not clean out. Is the breakout possibly from purging or from the brushes being too harsh? We want to try and make this a positive experience for you and hope to find a facial brush that best fits your skin type. “At first when I started using it I was using the "daily exfoliating brush" and it really wasn't working out for me and I was so upse. I have really sensitive skin and I have to be really careful with what I use on it. Then I read that if you have sensitive skin (which I do)it's better to use the silicone brush head, so I switched to that and it worked BEAUTIFULLY. Skin feels smoother and just cleaner, removing makeup is so much easier. i'd just say if you have sensitive skin , stick to the silicone brush head.”

“The box it comes with is great to keep the brushes clean and stored. The packaging looks nice and simple. When you feel the cleaning brush, it's super soft. So, you would assume it would be soft on the skin, but i felt it rough when the brush was wet. The rotation of the brushes on first mode, is weak. When I put the slightest pressure, it stops.”
