“I have normal to combo skin. When I first used this product, especially the daily cleansing brush, it stung my skin. Ok, common sense that you don't add pressure to your skin but just lightly touching my face felt too abrasive. I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond. But honestly, I wanted to refund this product but unfortunately they don't have good return policy. I paid a lot for this product and it comes with 3 brushes. I am only able to use 1 of them so it was a waste for me. After using the daily cleansing brush for 6 months, it finally felt more comfortable for me but I'm still not satisfied. Sigh”

“Honesty I love my purchase. I have very sensitive skin and deal with eczema on my face so I'm very particular with the products I use. The skin spa brush really relieves the itchiness and tightness I often feel. My skin feels so smooth and refresh after I use it and the bristles are so soft. The brushes are great! The really help with flawless application of my makeup. I'd say these two items are a must buy!”

“I ordered the ultimate skin spa system wanting to try it out seeing that everyone was talking about it and its safe to say everyone was right. This machine is great and the customer service was great also. My item didn't come on or before the expected delivery date so I emailed the vanity plant and they were quick and effective in resulting my problem and sent me out a new one for free.”
