“I never got the product. no one has been able to help me. it's been 3 weeks since I've ordered. apparently it got delivered to my apartment complex, but sent back to the shipper for unknown reasons, I called and checked all post offices around me, they said they do not have it. When I used the tracking on it it said it was somewhere in California. If I can not talk to someone soon I will get my money back. This is very unprofessional.
