“I loved this product the first few days, it left my skin feeling so soft and GLOWING. it even smoothed and removed a little break out patch i had been dealing with for weeks. however, i started breaking out in more sensitive areas of my face. maybe i was using it too much for my skin type. not sure. i stopped using it for a couple of weeks to let my skin heal and am not being cautious of how often and which head i use. overall i think it's a great product but just have to be careful with your skin type and adjust as needed (as with anything!)”

“When i ordered this product i was super exited and it took about three weeks to come which is good considering it came from America,i was really disappointed at first because i noticed that the button on the product would sometimes get stuck in place when i pressed down on it and i was very confused as to why this was happening,the next thing is i was noticing that it was really drying out my skin and the bristles were actually scraping my skin but i may have been going too hard on my skin,but now the button is completely stuck and i am now completely unable to use it which i am really disappointed about because i was really looking forward to using it ,i have seen so many positive reviews on it so i think i may have received a faulty product i am really sad that it hasn’t worked for me and i hope to get a new one and see if i had just received a faulty product.”

“I tried it but couldn’t use it. The silicone brush was to hard for my skin; I actually thought the bristled brushes were softer. Even so, I still couldn’t use it.”
