“First of all I never received my item even tho the status said it was delivered. I was OK life happens sometimes. I then proceeded to contact customer service via all their social media outlets and that when all hell broke loose. Horrible is what I can use to describe them. They took forever to respond and by that time they were willing to resend the package but I was leaving on vacation which I really wanted to take the spin brush with me so I opted for a refund. It going on 3 weeks and still no refund. I'm never purchasing from vanity planet again!!!”

“I ordered the ultimate skin spa system and the palette bundle and let me tell you they are both amazing! The spa system is gentle and made my acne scars lighter! The palette brushes are soft and don't irritate my skin. Definitely worth the hype and the money! Plus shipping was pretty fast too.”

“Said last time I would not order form them again and I did it so it's on me but it will not happen again. Item in stock, ordered 12-15-16, order states 1-3 days to ship anticipated delivery 12-19-16. Called 12-21-16, item not shipped, some bullshit story about another warehouse (will not go into their explanation) magically item ships for delivery 12-23-16. 12-24-16 no delivery and tracking says packaged delayed with no delivery estimation possible.”
