“This sucks I used to have the old version and i loved it! But unfortunately it stopped working so I ordered this one thinking it’ll be the same or even better but as soon I place it on my face it stops and then brushes aren’t as strong. Waste of my money only used it twice”

“I purchased this last summer and it was working great. I was very satisfied, but last week it stopped working. I changed the batteries and it just won’t turn on. I did notice that there was a weird color where the batteries go. Maybe it’s not sealed well enough and water got in? Won’t purchase again tho.”

“I’ve had a Clarisonic for years but it finally broke. Their new model has horrible ratings so I went I search for a new brand. I trusted the ratings for this brush but when it’s compared to a Clarisonic is feels like something from Target. It uses batteries (ew, I assumed it had a cord). The brush bristles are so long and flimsy it flings water and soap everywhere. The weight of the brush is light and feels cheap. The battery opening seems like it will eventually get water inside. All in all, it’s not up to my standards. I’ll use it for now until I find a better brand.”

“Good at first, not the best. Kind of made my skin worse at first (brought out all the acne that was under my skin), and I think it was getting better but it stopped working well - became very slow and unreliable, have had to use the brushes by hand.”
