“Im very disappointed unfortunately i never got to use mine as i never received it and have been trying to get in contact with someone about it and no one ever let me know what was happening so now i have moved house even if they do end up getting it now. Although they did send me the 2 other products i was most looking forward to using the skin spa system i will be buying a new one but am very disappointed in the lack of information i received about what was going on throughout this.”

“I have been using the brush for about a month. The quality of the brush is great but my motor just stops when I'm using to brush when its in the low setting. Its been doing it more and more so I'm sure its only a matter of time before the motor quits. Id be cautious with purchase because I'm seeing similar reviews. The product should be replaced for those of us who received bad motors. I would have given 5 stars otberwise..”

“I still have no recieved my Vanity Planet order!! I move to a completely different state at the end of this week so if it not here by Friday it will have to be reposted to a new address! I'm so dissapointed in the customer service I have recieved on this matter. A friend of mine ordered hers only a few a days after I did and recieved hers the next week and we live in the same town!”
