“I ordered this product three weeks ago, the payment definitely came out of my account and I I received a confirmation email. After still not receiving the product after three weeks, I contacted Vanity Planet through email, and their reply was the payment didn't go through, and the order wasn't confirmed and placed, which is why I I didn't receive a confirmation email. They said that I was welcome to place another order and repay?! I think it is totally unacceptable because firstly, I definitely did pay and secondly, I did receive a confirmation email? I feel so disappointed because I had heard so many great things about this comany, but I have received the worst service.”

“I am enjoying the Ultimate Skin Spa System so far, however, I feel as though introducing new bushes for sensitive skin to your line would benefit many customers as the brushes for the current skin system are a bit harsh on sensitive skin. Thank you.”

“I have acne prone skin so I bought the set, but mainly just wanted the silicone brush head. It's so gentle and my skin doesn't get inflamed after use. I also love the spin motion. Great packaging as well.”
