“I haven't used the product yet so I can't give a review about it. However, I want to review the customer service. It was actually the most horrible customer service I've experienced in the history of my experience with online shopping. After two weeks of placing my order, I had not received any info on shipper the, delivery and any info regarding my order. I emailed customer service about it and they came back with a crazy excuse about back order. If that the case, I believe someone should have said something to me. By 2 WEEKS and I had no clue if I'm ever gonna receive my order. On the 3 week, I emailed them about my order and at this point I'm thinking I've been scammed! I started a dispute on papal to get my money back from this vendor cus clearly I felt I've been scammed. Crazy enough, I finally received my order on the 3rd week. I still haven't received an apology from them for this craziness. I'm never ordering from them again. All the excited I had in using the product is gone and not even excited to use it as I initially was”
