“Initally i loved this product. Family and friends noticed a difference in my skin. But, after using it for a couple weeks it started making a loud sound when in use. Then, after using it for 2 months my cystic acne came back. I also don't like how quickly you need to change the batteries for it to work efficiently. I have to replace batteries 1-2 times a month because it does not spin as well after a couple weeks. I ordered the moxispin, as a gift for my mom, that has a USB charging cable in the hopes that it will be a better fit for her.”

“I love this thing! Your face feels so clean afterwards, without being too harsh and the case is fantastic for keeping it all together. The only thing I don't love about it is having to replace AA batteries.”

“The product is amazing and my skin feels great. But the shipping process was awful. I live in Missouri and it said it shipped out of Redlands, California. I bought it and it didn't actually ship until a week after I paid for it. And then after it had shipped, it took about a week and a half to actually deliver. So two and a half weeks to get my spa system after purchased. It would make sense if I purchased an Asian made product. Like I said, didn't like the unnecessary wait but I love the product and how it makes my skin feel.”

“Honestly I was expecting much more from the brush. The silicone brush is just spinning and doesn't clean the skin which basically make it useless. The deep clean brush hurts my face so I am left only with the everyday cleaning brush. Since the brush is spinning only in one direction it makes it difficult to use it on both sides of the face in the same way, you can only use it to the direction it spins. My hair always gets stuck in the brush even though I put my hair in a tight ponytail.”
