“First they failed to inform me that my order was on back order. Second, they said my address was wrong when I've checked if it was or not. It was the correct information at all times. Third, I didn't receive the package at all after they informed that it couldn't be sent to me. No option of a refund was presented nor was sending the package back to me. Lol I'm so sad man.
