“I love the Vanity planet cleansing system. I have acne prone skin that is sensitive skin and oily. I've used other cleansing systems before with mediocre results. Some were to harsh and didn't clean my skin thoroughly. Vanity planet literally saved my skin. Gentle yet very effective. I use my favorite acne cleanser twice a week and then moisturize. “I ordered a spin brush on November 18th 2019 and I'm still waiting on it. It's now December 17th 2019. My money was taken out my account and the order is showing as fulfilled & still nothing. I contacted Vanity Planet and I was told I'd get the new raedia sent to me because the spin brush is out of stock (I should have been told this from the beginning). It's been over a week now & I still can't get the new raedia sent to me let alone get a tracking number provided to me for it. This is my last purchase from this company. Everything was going good until this order.”
