“I placed my order 2 weeks ago and it is yet to be sent. Very disappointed in this, especially after paying extra for faster shipping. I have emailed Vanity planet and they said someone would reply within 48 hours, it has been a week and i have not heard back. overall, i am very disappointed in Vanity Planets customer service and will not be buying off them again.”
