“Disappointed as I can't open the space to insert batteries to use this product. The recommendation from customer service was to use a "flat object" to pry it open. :( I'm worried about breaking it before I even get to use it.”

“I feel that it's a good face tool to use when cleansing the face. I didn't expect my face to be sensitive with the soft daily brush though and so I'm only able to use it every other day. The one that I'm able to use daily is the silicon 'brush' and it feels nice. I haven't noticed a significance difference as of yet but hopefully with continuous use I will”

“i love my spa system and it made my skin felt better but i made the mistke of using the cleansing brush to take off my makeup (it stained the brush) and it takes a long time for the cleansing brush to dry. And the silicone brush head is my fav”

“The Ultimate Skin Spa System is a great product. I really don't have anything negative to say. I use the sensitive skin brush and the silicone. The face wash I pair it with is already exfoliating so the exfoliating brush is just a bit too much. If I used a different face wash it would be just fine though!”
