“I was so excited to buy this spinbrush and after one week the button broke into the machine. This is outrageous considering it was practically brand new. I tried to contact Vanity Planet through Facebook because when you place an order for some reason they send you a confirmation through Facebook messenger. I wrote to them in that same conversation multiple times letting them know what happened and provided a picture showing how broken the button was and never received a response!”
