“I've been using this brush a little over 5 months and I absolutely love it. I love the traveling case that it comes in. It makes it easy to store and I don't lose track of my brush heads. My only complaint is that the batteries don't last very long. I use mine twice a day on the first speed (I only amp it up when I'm exfoliating/deep cleaning). P.S. My first device died suddenly and I contacted CS for a replacement. It does take a while for them to respond to you.”

“I have really sensitive skin. If i use almost anything it burns, scars and causes me grief! that is until I purchased the skin care spa system. I used the daily brush the day I got it and i nearly cried my eyes out because once again my skin went nuts on me. I ended up scaring which had never happened to me before. Needless to say,I didn't even bother with the exfoliating brush because I figured my face would just fall off. Sadly, at first I didn't touch the silicone brush either because I just figured it seemed too weak and flimsy to even clean my rough and clogged up skin that needed serious cleaning. I sent a message to vanity planet heartbroken and told me them what had happened to me and asked if they had anything for sensitive skin. They told me they would send me a silicone brush in the mail free of charge and at the time I didn't even know that the little "flimsy" white "plastic" brush I had was the silicone brush meant for my sensitive face. Anyways, days passed and I was so sad I had spent money on a system that was not working for ME but for so many other people. I get the silicone brush in the mail and give it a try and it worked WONDERS! my skin was clean, fresh , soft and did not burn or scar! i was in love i tell ya. now i had TWO silicone brushes that i could use thanks to the generosity and understanding of vanity planet. I e-mailed them and their customer service people were prompt in sending out the brush. thank you so much VP and I love my spa system. The price is wonderful and i got 70% off thanks to YouTubers who review the products!”
