“I like that the brushes really clean my skin and make my skin smooth but, I don't like the fact that the head spins rather slower than I've seen. Because it spins so slow it takes me longer than I'd like to really clean my skin and I find myself not really using it as often as I'd like. I've tried brand new batteries and it still spins the same way, maybe it's a defective brush. Overall I do feel it cleanses and smooths skin but spins too slow for me.”

“Initial ordering was easy but received incorrect product rather than the one ordered. Sent the wrong order back in the same day received and it took about a month to finally get the correct product. Sent correspondence through all channels and received such untimely responses. One response said that I could keep my incorrect product but they clearly did not read any of my emails or requests, even after they told me I had to return it in order to get the correct item sent. Frustrating experience that makes me rethink from ordering again.”
