“I have only used about 3 times but then again I plan on only using 1x per week. The heads can be a littl abrasive and scratch your skin if you use daily, this is true for any brand btw. I'm just limiting the use on mine to 1x per week. Only using the soft brush head but will try the others on my body. It's great for the price you pay for it!
