“This is a WONDERFUL product that has improved my skin care routine tremendously! I would recommend this product to all my friends and family and it works super efficiently to get rid of extra dirt and oil off of my face. However, I have found that after about six months with the product, it stops working slowly. This is the second brush I've gotten replaced in the past year and I'm quite disappointed. The product works very well, but my mom has a Clarisonic that has been working (even after replacing batteries, etc.) for the past two years. Where this product, even after replacing batteries, stops working. I believe this is an internal defect with the product that needs to be fixed soon. In the meantime, I use my warranty on the product to get replacements whenever it ceases to work with the extremely helpful customer service.”

“Works really well and will leave skin super smooth and soft. A tip I learned quickly is don't use a cleanser that foams because it will make a mess. Try using just a cream cleanser if you can.”

“I’m sure the product would be great. After purchasing the product I had no correspondence for 3 days. After asking them where my package is and waiting a whole day for a response I get an answer that I will be waiting all the way till Mid December for it to be shipped. All purchaser should know at least straight after making the purchase not after asking where their parcel is 3 days later? Ended up getting a refund and bought somewhere else with customer service and a place that can respond to my email NOT a week later. 😊”
