“Only drawback is the fact that my package was lost in mail and I called VP MULTIPLE times and left about 3 voicemails in addition to emailing them and not once did I receive a call back. I am not okay with the fact that my money could have been taken and I would have never received a refund or anything because no one would answer the phone not give me a call back. But, the product is good, but I will probably not be purchasing from VP again.”

“Tracking for my shipment wasn't available and was never updated, but I did eventually get my USSS. The case it comes in is very cheap. The case was completely shattered when I got it in the mail. When I tried to call customer service during business hours, I could not get an answer just an answering machine. I've seen comments on Instagram stating that a number of customers had several messages go unanswered. I gave up on getting the case replaced since everything works except that. The brush it's self is mediocre and seems like it isn't made to last. The brushes just don't clean my pores enough for everyday use. I still wash my face with a washcloth before hand, and use the USSS for application of acne face wash only. After using the USSS exclusively for a week, I broke out due to my pores remaining clogged after using the brush only to cleanse. I used all of the different brush heads and the again are okay. Going to purchase clarisonic in the future to replace USSS”

“Honestly, I'm in love with this product. The changes in my skin is incredible, more efficient than using your hands. Problem areas around my chin continue to slowly disappear, in addition to my dark spots. The cleanser brush just gets into those pores and unclogs them of all the excess oil and dirt on my face from throughout the day. Every morning and night I feel invigorated after using this product.”
