“I love Ultimate Skin Spa System. It makes my face feel extra clean, and the different heads are amazing. The exfoliating head is GREAT. However, online, the company says they process an order in 1-3 business days and then it ships in 5-7. I waited 7 full business days without receiving any tracking or processing info. When I sent a request asking about the tracking number, the next day I got an email saying the product had shipped. The link led me to DHL's website, but my product was being shipped through FedX. About a week after I received my product, I got an email responding to my inquiry about the delivery, saying the product had been shipped and delivered. Two weeks to receive a reply to an inquiry is WAY too long. Product itself - five stars. Customer service/delivery time - two stars.”

“I was so excited to try this spa system after hearing so many great things about it. Love the exfoliating brush and silicon one, but the one we're supposed to be using daily just to cleanse worse out so quickly. I've used it maybe 3-4 times and I'm already thinking to buy a new one.”

“Love this product - been using it for about 1 week and my skin feels amazing after use - I've used all 3 brushes. I only use the exfoliant brush 1x a week since it's more intense, then I use the daily brush to help clean and remove makeup at the end of the day & then the silicone brush to freshen up in the morning. You could easily 'over do'your skin with the daily brush & exfoliate brush IF you don't listen to your skin. It's already helped so much with dry patches on my cheeks & oily buildup on my nose - will definitely recommend to everyone. And is top on my list for birthday or Xmas present for a couple people I love.”

“First it can make you break out a little bit, but after it really does a good job! It cleared my skin after 3 weeks using it 3 days per week and it leaves your skin so soft! Don't forget your moisturizer after”
