“So I had my original skin spa for a few months and am OBSESSED with it. Unfortunately one day it stopped working so I contacted Vanity Planet just to let them know. I completely wasn’t expecting them to replace the entire unit for free and I received it a few days later. This is such exceptional customer service and I can’t recommend this product, and now this company enough!”
