“This is my first brush ever and it works great so far; my skin isn't as oily anymore and my pores have shrunk significantly. My only complaint is that the item came used. The handle has 5 scratch marks and it had black mildew in the crevices, which I had to scrubbed off. Then when I opened the battery cap, there were a couple of brown stains inside the cap. I don't know what it was, but it definitely grossed me out quite a bit. I'm not sure if I'm receiving a used item because I bought the brush with a discount, but I my first reaction was - disappointment and grossed out. I'm not sure if I will be a returning customer.”
