“There is no water resistant seal to either the face/body tool or the hair scrubber. I used rechargeable batteries for both tools, water rusted out all five batteries required to use the products. Don’t use good batteries, and I’m just curious as to how long these will last. Not worth the original price tag, but worth the discounted price.”

“The brush works well but if you use it in the shower, water eventually gets into the battery port and stops working after 3 months. The replacement heads also need to be replaced about every 2 months as they get dirty”
