“I used this product once (for body) and enjoyed the feel of this brush and how clean it made my skin feel. BUT I also bought the "perfect" hook and and followed the instructions and put it in my shower that night. The next morning it was on the floor along with the brush, in pieces. The brush never turned on after that. I reached out to customer service 6 days ago ( 4 full business days) and I have yet to get a reply. I am truly disappointed”
