“This gets the cleaning job done but it doesn't compare to the more expensive version. This feel like it could spin out of your hands and it grabs the hair around your face. If you've tried the more expensive version you will most likely not like this product. It's definitely a cheaper version and you get what you pay for. If you can't afford the more expensive version this one will get you through.”

“When it was working, it did a great job of keeping my skin clean and feeling fresh. But I recently started hearing a rattling noise; I'm pretty sure a metal part came loose near the head. Soon after, the head stopped spinning, but the motor was running. I am waiting to see if their yearlong warranty will cover a replacement.”
