“I went through two brushes & they both broke on me. Both of my brushes stopped spinning & only vibrate. I will admit the second brush slipped out of my hand & fell on the floor, so I'm assuming that's why it stopped working. But my first one just stopped on its own. These brushes cost way too much for that to be an issue. The cleansing head is also way too abrasive & kind of hurts after use. I still use the brush now, I just manually move it around my face & it has given my some pretty decent results.”

“I love love this brush but mine just stoped working. I use it in the shower but it never gets submerged in water. Never dropped it. Nothing went wrong. But now that I tried using it today it just wouldn't turn on”

“This product worked just fine for a couple of months. I saw a visible difference in my skin. However, one day it stopped working suddenly. When I checked inside to see if the problem was in there, I found the batteries completely soaked and a few of them leaking. This is a very dangerous flaw in the design and I am not impressed. Wouldn't reccomend unless you are meticulous in making sure the only part of your brush that gets wet is the head.”
