“Amazing product, I feel my skin so fresh and clean. And now I can't go anywhere withouth my brush,as I don't want to skip the cleaning. Or I do clean the makeup properly with cleansing milk or micelar water, but with the brush after that is totaly different.”

“So far, not good. I have yet to receive it even though I ordered on the 7th of July. I had to email customer service YESTERDAY and only YESTERDAY did they ship it. Was quick to remove my money from my account though!”

“Not good. Apparently the item I bought was on back order, which should have been made clear on the website before purchasing. I only became aware of this when I emailed in after 2 weeks with no communication from you. I find the fact you allow people to pay for items that you don't have in stock very dishonest. I have finally received my order today only to find the delivery note has someone else's name and address on it! I can only assume my delivery note has been included in someone else's parcel - please be more careful with people's personal information!! Will not be purchasing from you again if I am able to get replacement heads elsewhere.”
