“Bought this product on May 28th. I also got 3 sets of the replacement brushes because it was on sale and that way I can have my bf use it as well. Received the product quite fast. I love using this for my face and my body as well. However, the replacement brushes were flawed. It didn’t fit the machine. The original brushes clicks into place on the spinner but The replacements didn’t. It falls right off. So I sent an email to customer service on June 3rd. It’s been a week and still no reply from CS. Then, after I sent the email, I opened the battery compartment to change the batteries. I used it and noticed how the it no longer closes the compartment properly. I had to tape the compartment to shut it. I don’t even want to contact CS cause they haven’t even replied to my first issue. I feel like I wasted money on this. I was going to buy other things from them but now I don’t think I will.”
