“I had received a spin brush from Christmas last year and immediately fell in love with it. I wrote a negative review recently due to placing an order on the replacement brushes and them not fitting my spin brush. Someone called me not too long after and told me they had changed the sizing on the machine itself and that they were so sorry about the mix-up. They sent me a whole new system, new brushes, and a complimentary “main squeeze” face wash for the inconvenience. I LOVE my spin brush I use it every single day. Thank you so much for everything I will never stop using this brand”
