“I ordered one last year and it broke before 5 months of use. I let it sit around for about 5 more months before deciding to try it again and requesting another one be sent to me. They were very friendly and sent me a new one, no questions asked. They sent me the wrong color, and this one is starting to break too. The bottom of the handle does not keep the batteries in place, so it constantly turns on and off and slows down while I am using it. I’ve tried different batteries, even tried taping the bottom together tighter. Nothing works. I’m giving up. I don’t like leaving these kind of reviews but I am just so done.”
