“I purchased the roller and it arrived very fast (kudos for that), it was however broken and unusable. So I contacted customer support and they sent me a replacement (also very fast, thank you for that). So I finally was able to try it out but I am so disappointed! The roller barely stays cold for a few minutes (after leaving it in the freezer the entire night, about 10 hours!). After that it just goes back to room temperature. I'm better off using ice cubes or an ice pack to tighten my pores and cool off. A waste of money and time for me.”
