“I thought the massager was broken, turns out it was a defect in the batteries! I take my 1-star review back and give this product 5 stars. It works great, invigorates the scalp and feels oh so great. I was so bummed when I thought I had a bad product, as I live in Dubai and it is such a hassle to fix these things. However, Customer Service were great, emailed at once, asking for my details so they can send me a new one, free of charge, under full warranty. They didnt even ask for proof of defect, or reason. A super happy shopper here, will definitely order from this store again. Love from Dubai. Farah”
