“I purchased the massaging brush in hopes of experiencing all the great benefits many people have been boasting about. Instead, my excitement plummeted when I happened on a brush that doesn't even work! On the same day It was delivered, I discovered that I had a device that doesn't even turn on! What makes it worse is that there is no way to replace the battery...and don't even get me started on customer service! After receiving the broken brush , I called to see if I could get a replacement or simply return it. Not one person picked up!! This was a waste of my money.”
