“After using this for the first time, that was the first time my scalp felt as clean as it did! If you have thick hair or get tired of scrubbing, this is going to be your best friend! The only two things I don't like are that all of the writing rubbed off after the first use, so I couldn't remember how to open (lock/unlock) it. Secondly, the on/off button is sensitive. Like when I'm using it in the shower, if my finger barely touches it, it will stop vibrating until I move my finger, and when I turn it on sometimes I really have to mash the button in (I feel like I'm going to break it sometimes) or press it several times before it comes on. This sucks because you have to put your hand across the top to put pressure on the device so it will massage. But overall, I don't have any more scalp issues and that's all that matters.”
