“In July I bought 4 of the Spin product. One for myself and the other three as gifts. This item exfoliated better than anything I've ever used! It has multiple heads to brush multiple areas, face, body, feet etc.. The only issue I have is the battery design and location. In October the end caps to 3 of the four Spin started to come off any time it was used. It would slowly slip off to the point where I, and the people I gifted, had to use two hands to exfoliate properly so that everything doesn't fall to the floor. I wish the batteries were located elsewhere and/or the cap was a twist on. Vanity was really nice and quick to respond though, and sent 3 replacements. I was willing to give them one more chance because this product was amazing at first. I do not put it under the water, and I shake my hands or dry them on a towel before I reach for the Spin because I know they are only water resistant. Unfortunately only one of the three replacement caps worked properly. I love the product when it works like it should, but I will now use up the one I'm keeping and search somewhere else for a new exfoliator. *I'm disappointed* :(”
