“When I first saw the product, I was excited at the low price point and the idea of the 4 different heads. I felt it was a good price for the amount of items. Upon receiving the box, it was a little difficult to open the battery opening, but once I opened it, the brush worked in no time. I didn't expect to use the other head functions, but was pleasantly surprised when I decided to give the body brush a go. It made the shower gel scent last longer and made me feel fresher when I got out of the shower. The two facial brushes were used the day I got them and were used twice a day (one time in the day, one time at night). Not sure I can recommend this for everyone, but I definitely noticed the difference after a couple uses. My large acne spots disappeared almost completely. I've continued to use those 3 heads everyday and it's made my routine so much better for it. My only complaint in regards to the items is the pumice stone head. I tried it multiple tiimes, but it never seemed to take off the dead skin on my feet. Another complaint was the confusion regarding shipping. It took a while to get here and there were lots of complications with the shipping, when other stores I put based from did not share the same issues. However, considering how well the product worked for me, I will willingly recommend it to anyone struggling with their acne and want to help remedy the issue at a fair price. :)”

Some breaking out when first using the unit is actually normal as the skin is purging all the trapped dirt and oils that washing with hands previously could not clean out. We have a Customer Service agent reaching out to try and make the situation a positive one for you.
