“Before I get to the product itself, let me just take a minute to commend the Vanity fair customer service team. I had a complaint about my brush and informed the team and without any hassles, they sent me a replacement brush set. This has to be one of the best customer service experience I‚Äôve had with any online purchase! To the product itself, it does what it says. Within days, my skin felt smoother with visibly smaller pores. I would definitely recommend!”

“After waiting for months due to a backorder issue with Vanity Planet, my order FINALLY shipped to me. The shipping was taking over a week to get to me so I contacted customer service. I spoke to a really clueless and very unhelpful rep and, while I was given the runaround by him I just canceled my 3 month subscription service with Vanity Planet. When my brushes were delivered, I opened up the box to fine only 1 brush head was delivered, not 2 like I always receive and like what is advertised. So I was charged full price and only received half of my order. At this point I was so fed up with Vanity Planet I just let it go. No use trying to go through this entire process all over again for 1 additional brush.”

“I love it. It has definitely improved my skin, I use the exfoliating brush twice a week and the regular cleaning brush everyday. I have tried using the other brushes but they don't get much use as the exfoliating and cleaning brush. The cleaning brushes are soft enough to use everyday.the exfoliating brush I use along with a deep cleanser, and it is a must have. The customer service is awesome too.I would definitely recommend this product if you are looking to clear up your skin.”
